As Laurent Guillot, Groupe ORPEA’s CEO, announced, on 2 January next we will launch an internal consultation of all of our employees to engage in the collective task of defining our values and our purpose.
欧葆庭集团纪楼杭先生宣布,2023年1月2日起,集团将面向全体员工发起一个内部调查问卷项目,让我们集思广益,来定义我们共同的价值与意义。
This project represents a strong commitment and the first stage in our refoundation plan With you and for you, Changing ORPEA. It is essential that we build the foundations of the company we want for today and tomorrow and to recover our status as the benchmark player in our sector.
这个项目将是一个强有力的承诺,也是我们重建计划的第一阶段:与您同行,一切为您,ORPEA新气象。我们必须考虑企业的现在与未来,建立我们理想中的企业价值基础,重振我们作为养老行业标杆地位。
It will help us define the meaning we attribute to our activities as well as how we contribute to the common good and the values and behaviors we wish to implement collectively and that should guide us in our mission: to care for our residents and their family members.

We will enact this change with all of our stakeholders, in particularly all ORPEA’s Group employees. It is the incarnation of our new way of operating “With you”.

The involvement of all of our employees in the definition of our purpose is essential. This is why we have devised this broad-reaching internal consultation “With your ideas, let’s build our future together”, with an anonymous, questionnaire open to everyone via a multi-lingual platform. It will be administered by an independent institute, Bluenove.
全体员工参与到意义探索项目中是至关重要的。这就是为什么我们设计了这个广泛的内部匿名调查问卷“提出您的想法 共建我们的未来”。它将由独立调研机构Bluenove负责管理,搭建多语言平台,向每位员工开放。
The Human Resources Department and the Communications Department are coordinating this project with their counterparts in other countries to ensure smooth deployment.

The success of this consultation will also depend on the mobilization of all of our managers to facilitate employee participation in this questionnaire. Please take a leading role in coaching and encouraging more team members to participate.
这次调研的成功与否也将取决于全体部门主管积极动员员工参与的程度,请大家发挥带头作用,辅导和鼓励更多伙伴参与其中。
